Nature of Work The Colorado Avalanche is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partnership Marketing Strategist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and activating corporate partnerships, supporting collaborative marketing initiatives, and ensuring our partners receive exceptional value and visibility through our team’s platforms and events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sports marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to partnership activation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and activation of marketing initiatives for existing corporate partners, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Assist in coordinating partner branding in Avalanche marketing and digital assets for game days, events, and related programs.
Manage the creation, distribution and reporting of partner content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and signage.
Coordinate with Account Managers to schedule partner meetings, presentations, and regular communication to ensure effective partnership management.
Track and report on partnership activation performance, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI) from Avalanche-created marketing and digital campaigns.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sports sponsorship and partnership marketing.

Qualifications
Minimum:
BS/BA degree in field or related field
High School or GED
2+ years’ experience working in project management, partner relations, communications, or similar roll
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred:
Experience and/or knowledge in hockey and NHL culture.
