Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations within our upscale, high-volume restaurant. As part of a respected and growing hospitality group, this is an opportunity for a creative and disciplined culinary leader to showcase their expertise while mentoring a talented kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational management with a love for culinary innovation, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Requirements / Responsibilities
3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in upscale, full‑service dining
Lead all Back‑of‑House (BOH) operations, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency across all menu items
Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, building a high‑performing and motivated culinary team
Manage kitchen labor, food costs, and inventory to achieve profitability targets
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Oversee menu execution, presentation, and adherence to brand recipes and standards
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance; train team members on proper food handling and allergen protocols
Analyze BOH financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain accurate P&L reporting
Demonstrate strong leadership presence, fostering communication and alignment across all departments
Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
