Field Service Technician Dallas Area

Position Overview
This role will be mostly based out of Dallas but may travel within the Southeast area of our shops. We are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Field Service Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment across our Retail locations within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical and technical background, a problem‑solving mindset, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. This role requires up to 75% travel, physical work, and the ability to handle a wide variety of service and repair tasks. Pay
$20 – $25 per hour Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automotive service equipment at centers. Perform scheduled and emergency service visits, documenting all work in Corrigo or other CMMS platforms. Diagnose and repair equipment including air compressors (single‑phase and 3‑phase), compressed air systems, dryers, pressure regulators, filters, and hose lines. Maintain automotive lifts (hydraulic/electric) ensuring safety and operational standards. Perform service on automotive service equipment such as transmission fluid exchange machines and coolant service systems. Maintain oil delivery systems: pumps, pressure regulators, metered control guns, overhead reels, and oil tanks. Service automotive A/C machines (EPA Section 609 certification preferred). Conduct basic electrical tasks such as lighting repairs and circuit breaker replacements. Handle basic plumbing repairs such as sump pump replacements and bathroom fixture repairs. Perform general handyman duties including painting, drywall repairs, door fixes, and minor concrete work. Use ladders and work in elevated positions as needed. Travel daily to multiple service sites and respond to emergency service needs (up to 75% travel). Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass MVR records check. Proven experience diagnosing, installing, and maintaining equipment. Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools; the company supplies necessary tools. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Familiarity with work order management systems (Corrigo preferred); quick learner on computer applications. Willingness to travel and capable of physical labor, including working on ladders and in tight spaces (up to 75% travel). Key Competencies
