RARE Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a highly organized Marketing and Human Resources Coordinator to assist in executing policies, procedures and vision for our growing Specialty Pharmacy.

You will be responsible for the following:

Creating marketing campaigns for exposure within the marketplace to providers, providers office staff, pharmaceutical sales reps and patients.

Leading in the management of social media channels, creating content and tracking engagement metrics.

Analyzing marketing posts and campaigns for optimal reach and increase in pharmacy revenue.

Coordinating the overall HR function with new hire onboarding process, recruiting activities, posting job openings, attending career fairs, coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, pre-employment screening including scheduling drug testing and conducting background checks.

Coordinating the record retention process corresponding team member files, processing changes to records when necessary, completing checklists, and processing data input on personnel action forms as requested.

Role and Key Responsibilities

Implements data found within marketplace or specific to RARE to create social media posts and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X.

Strategizes state licensure, accreditations, payor plans to create targeted marketing content.

Establishes relationships with specialty pharmacy partners to design cross-promotion.

Responsible for maintaining data accuracy and integrity when making data entries via personnel action forms, creation of new hire files/records and maintenance of filing system.

Process confidential team member payroll information changes, leave requests, entering overall data changes and terminations.

Assists with job fair scheduling, screening, strategically recruiting and interviewing potential candidates.

Tracking the new hire process from offer through onboarding process and tracking completion for all training, certifications, and re-certifications.

Ability to integrate RARE culture, core values, and policies.

Assists with HR team member annual/quarterly surveys reporting metrics as needed.

Coordinates innovative approaches and procedures to improve HR processes and incorporate recommended changes to the RARE team member handbook.

Maintain and assist with conducting internal audits of team members data as required with SOPs; ensuring all team member changes are accurately reflected.

Coordinate events focused on team member service awards and recognition, new hire orientation and off-site team member events.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements This is a full-time salary position.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with focuses in Marketing, Human Resources.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Social Media Platforms.

Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with strong attention to detail.

Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrate a polite, friendly, and confident manner; the ability to effectively communicate with team members in all departments.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude; ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment.
