Our Marsh team is seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to manage one of our core strategic clients. This role will be part of the Partner Management team within Marsh's US Affinity organization, focused on growing Marsh’s presence in the commercial segment through the use of digital products & partnerships.

Client Relationship Management & Execution
Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, ensuring insurance programs deliver measurable value through a combination of risk mitigation, business impact, and operational resilience.
Address escalated issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
Ensure a strong customer‑centric and outside‑in focus by establishing a sound design thinking process and feedback loop.
Define and manage the product vision for the client and associated roadmap.
Work closely with sales, compliance, legal, privacy, marketing, placement and other teams to ensure all revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Become the subject‑matter expert with respect to client needs as well as an expert with respect to the competition and industry trends.
Work closely with internal and external business partners to develop and continuously refine product roadmaps based on a comprehensive understanding of changing client/customer needs, industry dynamics, and business objectives.
Take a disciplined and analytical approach toward measuring client / product success by defining customer/business‑focused metrics and the required infrastructure to measure ongoing progress.
What you need to have
Bachelor’s degree required.
Industry background in insurance required (i.e. underwriting, brokerage, commercial lines, product management).
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Proven project management and program execution skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Salary range: $116,400 to $248,000. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
