Austin, USA Right to Hire On-Site Flexibility/Remote: 40% The PlanIT Group is seeking a strong Applications PM/BA with experience working with Azure DevOps environments. Other duties and responsibilities are listed below: Document project requirements, assist in creating process and technology solutions, create User Stories, handle UAT, and perform analysis on multiple problems Operate between the business and technology to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome Assist with maturing Agile Scrum environment across all platforms Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and scrum meetings

5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role Strong experience in a software development environment Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools Proven experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must as documentation and discussion facilitation are a core part of the role Experience successfully working in a fast?paced, change?oriented environment Strong analytical and problem?solving skills Experience managing multiple projects and demands with various priorities and deadlines Experience in product support in a professional setting strongly preferred Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft products Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
