Program Security Specialist at Graham Technologies
Location: Springfield, VA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide SME support to special program establishment through disestablishment/archiving.
Prepare/staff program documentation (MOAs/MOUs, appointment memos, classification docs, TK reports, site visit reports, metrics, MFRs, taskers).
Prepare comprehensive risk assessments and oversight inputs.
Maintain accountability of access rosters, PAR tracking, visitor/destruction logs.
Prepare/track PARs in systems (e.g., ICCARS, JADE, Scattered Castles, DISS, SDS, PULSE).
Deliver indoctrination/debriefings (large group and executive level).
Conduct/assist with site inspections for SAP/CAP storage/AIS requirements.
Communicate government guidance to PMs/security reps; support packaging/mailing IAW policy.
Create classification guidance products (SCGs, indoctrination briefs, CPI training).
Share best practices; resolve classification issues; maintain expertise with ODNI/DoD communities.
Required Skills
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
Experience applying EO 12333/13526, ICDs 906 & 705, DoDM 5205.07 Vols 1-4.
DoD CDSE SAP 101.10 completed/passed.
3-5 years supporting SAPs and/or CAPs.
Preferred Skills
CDSE SFPC.
Experience with JADE, DISS, SIC, Scattered Castles, ICCARS, PULSE, E2SP.
