The Opportunity
We’re seeking an
Electrical Construction Service Manager
with a
project management background
to drive our service operations to the next level. This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to shape the growth of a dynamic service division, oversee a talented team, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You’ll Do
Lead the electrical service division, managing operations, scheduling, and resources to deliver consistent results.
Take ownership of service projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of electricians, technicians, and coordinators to achieve their full potential.
Cultivate lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering solutions they can rely on.
Monitor project budgets, labor, and performance metrics to drive operational and financial success.
Collaborate with estimating and construction teams on small projects and service agreements to expand business opportunities.
Champion safety and compliance across all projects, maintaining the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in electrical construction with at least 3 years in
service management or project management .
Deep knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems and maintenance practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver on commitments.
Strong leadership and communication skills—comfortable guiding teams and building client trust.
Proficiency with project management tools, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
Texas Master Electrician or Journeyman License preferred (or ability to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
