Pay: $30.00/hr – $34.00/hr. Hours: Monday‑Friday. Autonomy in schedule.

Responsibilities
Assist in delivering individualized therapy based on OT treatment plans, including activities to improve daily living skills such as dressing, eating, and mobility.
Track and document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report changes to the OT.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, nursing) and educate patients/families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for independence.
Lead or assist patients with exercises, activities of daily living, and other therapeutic tasks, fostering a supportive environment to encourage patient engagement.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school.
Certification as a COTA through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA.
Previous experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
