Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA and Redmond, WA. The team is seeking IT support specialists who are experienced with Microsoft cloud environments to support an on-going classified program. Clearance: Top secret/SCI required w/ Full Scope Poly. Schedule: Shift work - 24x7 operational environment (night shift). Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Administrator: Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools Document all findings from tickets and incidents Automate and troubleshoot tasks using various scripting languages and services Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier I-III level in cloud based environments Qualifications of the Cloud Support Administrator: Must hold an active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance Must be willing to work one shift, no dual employment Certifications: IAT II, AZ900 (preferred) Willingness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential Excellent customer service skills and focus.
