Job Description

The manager is looking for candidates with strong reporting and analyst skills: Passionate about the digital space! Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and ideally an educational background in digital marketing strategy/channels and measurement, including Website, SEM/SEO, social media, influencer marketing, display, eCRM, video, mobile, ecommerce, etc. You will support two Senior Digital Marketing Managers within the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare group on brands such as: Children’s Advil, ChapStick, Emergen-C, and Centrum among others. The Analyst position mainly involves analyzing social media performance, media performance, website performance, etc., pulling together reports, and deriving trends and actionable insights/recommendations from that data. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting some ad-hoc projects and finance-related work. A significant part of the role is performing User Acceptance Testing on websites, newsletters, etc., essentially functioning as QA. Key activities include: Monthly data reporting, analysis, and insight generation for all digital tactics (social/web/media/social listening) using various measurement tools (60%); User Acceptance Testing of websites & digital programs (25%); Budget management (5%); Other projects (10%). Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills and experience using tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Radian 6, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., to analyze and present data. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for User Acceptance Testing and ensuring program aspects and data accuracy; strong critical thinking and insight generation skills to turn data into actionable business insights and proactively identify issues. Project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently and timely. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships quickly with cross-functional partners (Brand, Digital, Technology, Agencies, Advertising, etc.). Additional Information
