at Kforce Technology Staffing. The client seeks an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the execution of a Salesforce implementation as part of a new company integration in Frisco, TX. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce project execution for a newly acquired or merged company. Develop and manage integration-specific project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and external vendors. Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities. Oversee data migration, system consolidation, and process harmonization efforts. Identify and mitigate risks related to integration complexity, data integrity, and change management. Facilitate regular status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards during integration. Support user training, change adoption, and post-go-live stabilization. Conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future integrations. Requirements

5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and data architecture. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project). Preferred Skills

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP, or equivalent). Experience with change management and user adoption strategies. Familiarity with data migration tools and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
