Job Title: Agile Full-Kotlin/Typescript Stack Developer

You will be working as a full stack developer as part of the Good to Sign (GTS) team in Client 360 technology. You will work as part of an agile/XP team, using test driven development, pair programming and other XP practices to build maintainable software. The GTS team build services to streamline Know Your Client (KYC) compliance and integrate into the wider sales process, to better service our clients by providing rigorous controls and reducing lead time on new deals. Write robust, well-tested software while promoting simplicity and scalability in the codebase Partner with the Business to define, design, and deliver key product features Work full stack with emphasis on the server side (Kotlin) Oversee and enhance the Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline and support the production environment (DevOps) Lead by example in applying Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and other XP practices How You'll Lead
Collaborating with platform and engineering leads to ensuring alignment with strategic technology initiatives Work closely with control stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards Provide technical direction and mentorship across squads to support quality delivery and continuous improvement Skills You'll Need
Kotlin development, or experience in Java/Scala and a desire to cross train Experienced using agile development practices to develop exceptional, robust software, Test Driven Development, Acceptance Testing and Pair Programming Experienced in Object Oriented or Functional Programming using Test Driven Development Skills That Will Help You Excel
