The Structuring, Origination and UHNW Solutions team (“the Team") is cross-asset structured products unit responsible for originating, structuring, positioning, and executing transactions for both retail and Ultra High Net Worth clients based across the Americas. Focus on over-the-counter and securitized cross-asset products with embedded vanilla or light-exotic optionality on equity, commodities, currencies, interest rates and hybrid underlying assets. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded individual who possesses strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills. Prior experience with the origination and marketing of the previously mentioned products; including preparing term sheets, ideas/marketing materials and presentations; pricing derivatives and executing transactions is preferred. The candidate will be extremely organized and motivated, and should have a general knowledge of global economies, macro topics and financial markets. Responsibilities

Professionals on the Team develop research-driven strategic and tactical trading ideas. Interact with Financial Advisors to provide advice on portfolio hedging and positioning based on client's objectives and risk tolerance; and engage in the structuring, origination, positioning and execution of OTC derivatives and fully funded transactions across all asset classes. Will help to execute platform development initiatives aimed at improving the origination processes, drive scale of product utilization and improving the advisor experience. Qualifications

2-5 years of prior experience working in client coverage, platform development and/or OTC structuring capacity. Direct experience with structured notes, OTC derivatives background with at least partial cross-asset derivatives skills . Understanding of credit policies and collateral supporting derivatives Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment. FINRA registered representative with Series 7 & 66 required. MS, MBA and/or CFA are desirable but not required. Skills:
