Senior Lead Marketing Consultant
This role is responsible for developing client-centric marketing programs and content strategies for Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Partnering closely with CIB leadership, the individual will lead the creation of differentiated, integrated campaigns and forward-looking thought leadership initiatives that deepen client engagement and elevate the firm's industry credibility. This position is available in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; or Washington, DC, and offers a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will: Develop strategic marketing and content initiatives that elevate awareness of CIB's growth, reinforce its market position, and drive market share. Design and execute multi-channel thought leadership programs that bring strategic priorities to lifeboth independently and in collaboration with external agencies. Optimize CIB content across all platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and channel-specific best practices (e.g., print, digital, video, podcasts, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars, and events). Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform content strategy, creative direction, and design decisions. Collaborate with UX designers to deliver a best-in-class user experience that boosts engagement, followership, and impressions. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Experience crafting brand-building content strategies for investment banks, asset managers, and B2B financial services organizations. Desired Qualifications: Experience developing integrated content strategies that drive brand awareness and client engagement. Experience designing thought leadership campaigns across various platforms and channels. Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to refine content strategy. Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations. Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
