Beacon Analyst
6 months contract Epic Beacon certification and protocol build experience (required) Pay rate 90-95/hr W2 We are seeking a clinically experienced and technically skilled Beacon Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of Standard of Care Treatment and Therapy Plans while also supporting core Beacon workflows and system maintenance. This role will work closely with clinicians, pharmacists, and technical teams to ensure oncology protocols are accurate and the system remains stable, up-to-date, and optimized for clinical use. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Standard of Care Treatment and Therapy Plans in the Epic Beacon module. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders (oncologists, pharmacists, nurses) Conduct validation and testing of treatment plan builds to ensure clinical accuracy and technical functionality. Create and maintain clear documentation for treatment plans, including build specifications and change histories. Beacon Core Build & System Maintenance
Support and maintain core Beacon configuration in collaboration with the Beacon team. Assist with version upgrades, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance tasks. Provide support for Beacon-related issues, including investigation and resolution of clinical and technical problems. Participate in testing and validation for Beacon upgrades, monthly RA/SU, and build changes. Coordinate with other application teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end workflows. Cross-Functional Support
Work collaboratively with Application Analysts, Clinical Informatics, and other stakeholders to support go-live events, new functionality rollouts, and workflow improvements. Participate in change control, governance, and documentation processes related to Beacon build and treatment plan maintenance. Provide training or guidance to clinical end-users and other analysts as needed. Required Qualifications
Epic Beacon certification and protocol build experience (required) Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining Standard of Care Treatment and Therapy Plans Clinical background (e.g., RN, pharmacist, oncology technician, or other licensed clinical role) Strong understanding of oncology workflows and chemotherapy regimens Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
