Acosta Group . As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will help Premium's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love at one of the world’s largest retailers. Responsibilities

Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place product on the floor. Stock and build out product displays to help shoppers find what they need. Front face products to maximize shelf appeal. Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store, and install materials as instructed. Build displays to showcase client products when needed. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success. Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done. Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores and collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text. What will you do?

Find and stock merchandise, ensuring product availability on the floor. Maintain prominent and accurate product displays and signage. Receive and deploy promotional materials according to plan. Install promotional materials to ensure client products stand out. Operate in alignment with Premium’s field technology on your mobile device and document progress with photos. Communicate with store personnel and Premium team members as needed. How will you succeed?

Own your store visits as the face of Premium and build relationships with store teams. Work independently while acting as an extension of the Walmart family. Communicate effectively with store associates, store managers, and Premium colleagues. Share best practices with the Walmart nationwide team through available channels. Seek help from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed. Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions to get it right the first time. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Report work on the day of completion. Tools you need
