As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of the team's central nervous system monitoring the entire Hosting infrastructure stack and responding swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. Monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond to issues in a timely manner. Utilize investigative and troubleshooting skills across tools to identify and resolve network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. Coordinate with contacts from healthcare organizations to communicate impact and address issues; perform system builds as needed. Required Qualifications
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) A history of academic and professional success Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative, and leadership abilities Available to work second or third shift hours Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship COVID-19 vaccination Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Internet networking protocols and tools like TCP/IP, ping, and traceroute Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification Knowledge of VMware Seniority level
