Overview
Master Production Scheduler Planner (MPS) role at IFF. This is a hybrid role based at one of our Health & Biosciences sites in North America (Cedar Rapids and Medison). Responsibilities
Develop and maintain weekly supply plans across multiple plants/SKUs, ensuring visibility to planned production, projected inventories, and capacity utilization.
Lead the weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process and facilitate cross-functional planning.
Communicate, coordinate, and resolve supply constraints with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
Conduct inventory analysis and reconcile supply-demand gaps.
Maintain supply network configuration and master data within SAP, updating as necessary to reflect changing assumptions, product changes, or strategic decisions.
Develop and track performance measurements to monitor supply chain effectiveness.
Coordinate and lead special projects such as new product introductions, asset utilization studies, supply chain cost optimization, process transfers, and process changes.
Collaborate globally to ensure alignment and consistency across planning processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning function.
What Makes You The Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain roles (engineering, production, distribution, or raw material planning).
Proven experience in cross-functional coordination (operations, commercial, finance, procurement).
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
APICS/CPF certification or inventory management experience is desirable.
Experience with SAP, SAP-APO, SAP-IBP, or MyBis preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness and ability to travel (up to 10%).
