We are excited to onboard a Junior Salesforce Developer to our Wholesaler Experience team. Lincoln's IT organization is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Wholesaler Experience team, supporting Lincoln's Distribution and Marketing Technology organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a team that has fully embraced agile methodologies and DevOps practices. As a junior developer, you will assist in designing and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and across integrated platforms. You'll collaborate with experienced developers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology that drives business value and enhances user experience. Assist in designing, developing, testing, and supporting custom applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce Platform. Support integration of Salesforce with other business-critical systems under guidance from senior developers. Learn and apply the latest Salesforce features and releases through Trailhead modules and team mentorship. Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively within project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals and align with business needs. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team improvement efforts. Translate business requirements into technical deliverables with support from senior team members. Engage with Lincoln's Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) to learn and contribute to shared standards and best practices. Must-haves: 24 years of experience on the Salesforce Platform or relevant internship/project experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of Salesforce development using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and Test-Driven Deployment Familiarity with declarative customizations including data model design, UI configuration, and reporting. Experience with frequent and on-demand releases through use of modern CI/CD tools Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn. Exposure to Agile methodologies through coursework or internships. Interest in participating in a Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) and learning enterprise standards. Nice-to-haves: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and/or Salesforce Data Cloud. Exposure to the Financial Services industry. Familiarity with ETL/Integration tools such as Informatica or MuleSoft. Experience or interest in Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein GPT or Agentforce. Salesforce Certifications (at least one): Platform Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder Applications for this position will be accepted through December 31, 2025, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
