This role is for a dynamic, hands‑on Human Resource Manager. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and workforce development to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive work environment and driving continuous improvement in HR practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Promote a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs, develop succession plans, and drive talent retention strategies.
Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, safety practices, and leadership development.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Oversee performance review processes, provide guidance on goal setting, and support managers in developing employee performance improvement plans.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in handling employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ADP experience is a plus.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
