UMB’s Healthcare Services team delivers healthcare payment solutions including custodial services for health savings accounts (HSAs) and private‑label, multipurpose debit cards to insurance carriers, third‑party administrators, software companies, employers and financial institutions. As a Healthcare Services Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall development and deployment with each HSA partner, maintaining all HSA project plans, compiling issues, and ensuring updates to the plans are documented.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

You will work with technical and operational partners along with other functional units to secure necessary resources to implement products for both new and existing partners in a timely manner.

You will have the responsibility of working with the partner, Sales, Client Experience, along with technical and operational partners to ensure approved projects stay on task and within scope.

You will be the central interface between Healthcare Services and the partner, coordinating project tasks or any customer‑specific customizations that may be requested during implementations.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

Five (5) years experience in the fields of project management or health care processing or banking or a combination thereof.

Customer contact experience.

Compensation Range $69,230.00 – $149,000.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job‑related factors.
