About the Role We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding of two key seller groups: vehicle dealers and core site sellers (19,000+). The role involves guiding approximately 150 merchants per quarter (about 20 per week) through our onboarding process, with typically 10-20 sellers in the queue at any given time.
Responsibilities
Help sellers set up their accounts, configure data feeds, create listing templates, and establish stores using both the interface and third‑party software.
Provide training on all systems and processes, focusing on understanding vehicle dealer operations and post‑onboarding steps.
Maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Apply strong problem‑solving skills and a thorough understanding of marketplace functions, particularly in the Motors category.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in onboarding or technical support, preferably in automotive or e-commerce.
Excellent project management and documentation skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of marketplace operations.
