Server Assistant – Hilton Cleveland Downtown
A career‑driven individual with a positive hospitality approach. The role involves setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and providing outstanding guest service to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Set and prepare tables for dining (folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.).
Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects for repair.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages, breads, and other items.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications & Attributes
Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.
Detail‑oriented and capable of working efficiently in a time‑sensitive environment.
Previous experience in a hospitality setting.
Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
Strong customer focus, adaptability, dependability, and a commitment to quality and productivity.
Pay and Schedule Pay: $12.38 per hour Schedule: Full‑time
