Learning & Development Manager Summary
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs and initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of adult learning theories, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing effective learning solutions, and measuring their impact on both employee performance and business results. Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned. Learning Strategy Development Works collaboratively with leadership to identify and analyze the learning needs within the organization. Develops and implements a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with business objectives. Curriculum Management: develops and maintains a catalog of training programs and resources that meet current and future organization needs.
Program Design and Implementation
Designs and delivers engaging, innovative, and effective learning programs, workshops, and e?learning courses. Utilizes a variety of instructional techniques, modalities, and technologies to meet diverse learning styles and needs. Focuses on designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning programs specifically aimed at enhancing leadership skills across various levels within the organization, including identifying leadership potential, coaching current leaders, and aligning leadership development initiatives with overall business strategy.
Facilitation and Training Delivery
Facilitates training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, ensuring active participant engagement and effective knowledge transfer. Leads train?the?trainer sessions to empower subject matter experts across the organization.
Evaluation and Impact Measurement
Develops metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives. Designs and implements assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and continuously improve program quality. Analyzes data and feedback to continually improve and refine learning solutions.
Collaboration and Consultation
Partners with HR, department leaders, and stakeholders to ensure learning programs address real business challenges and opportunities. Serves as a learning consultant to guide managers and teams on development best practices.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Stays informed about industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best?practice approach. Fosters a culture of continuous learning, encouraging ongoing personal and professional development.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of successful program design and delivery. Other Qualifications
Experience in crafting and implementing leadership development programs. Facilitated leadership development at all levels (introductory to executive), team member lifecycle for succession planning, talent review, and mentoring programs. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, assess training effectiveness, and make data?driven decisions. Experience with e?learning platforms and content authoring tools is a plus. Certification in talent development, such as CPTD or similar, is desirable. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Physical Demands
