The Opportunity The Service Leader maintains a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, the line is clean and organized, and crew are well trained to provide good service.
What You’ll Do
Ensure great tasting, high‑quality food is served.
Help resolve food quality issues.
Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, secondary shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies.
Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive customer experiences.
Monitor crew breaks, shift change meetings, line schedules.
Develop and cross‑train all front‑of‑house crew.
Assist with crew performance reviews.
Develop future Service Leaders.
Perform miscellaneous office duties: banking, cash handling policies, paperwork.
Maintain office equipment and supplies.
Manage supply inventory.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
Understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations.
Familiarity with office paperwork.
Strong oral and written communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.
High‑school diploma.
Restaurant experience.
