The Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine P.A., a leading fast‑paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm, is seeking an Associate with 5 to 10 years of general defense or plaintiff litigation experience looking to gain trial experience.
Candidates with specific exposure to personal injury and property damage litigation are preferred. We are looking for a motivated and organized lawyer with strong written and verbal communication skills who is prepared to take on responsibilities and challenges.
The ideal candidate will have top‑quality written work product and research skills, significant experience with written and electronic discovery, experience taking and defending depositions, and experience with trial preparation and participation.
A commitment to exceptional client service and a willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary. Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Duties include handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
Research relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents.
Attend court hearings and trials, prepare pleadings and letters, handle discovery requests and take depositions.
Draft motions, responses and other filings in state and federal court cases.
Appear in court, take and defend depositions, interact with clients.
Manage litigation dockets with an understanding of scheduling orders and case strategy.
Handle discovery matters, including requests, responses and motions.
Investigate facts with an innovative and pragmatic approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years handling personal injury litigation matters.
Active & good standing with the Florida State Bar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Motivated personality.
Admitted to the Florida Bar or another state bar.
Deadline and detail‑oriented.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
