$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr The Executive Assistant to Sales Team will provide comprehensive administrative support to three leaders and the wider 30 person sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Assist in organizing team events, conferences, and meetings. Maintain and update records, databases, and files for the sales department. Handle expense reports and ensure timely submission and reconciliation. Support ad hoc projects and tasks to contribute to the team\'s success. A successful Executive Assistant to Sales Team should have: Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in financial services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. A Bachelor\'s degree is a requirement for this position. Job Offer
