About the Role

The

BIM Coordinator

will be an integral part of our BIM Department, supporting project management, estimating, field, and prefabrication teams. This role focuses on utilizing advanced modeling tools and processes to ensure coordination, accuracy, and efficiency across all project phases.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage project-based models using

Revit, AutoCAD , and other design software.

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards across projects.

Produce 2D and 3D drawings for robotic layout systems and prefabrication workflows.

Participate in coordination meetings to identify and resolve model clashes and constructability issues.

Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and prefab operations to enhance model-based prefabrication planning.

Contribute to BIM documentation, best practices, and training materials.

Assist in troubleshooting model issues and ensuring quality control across multiple ongoing projects.

Help maintain project deadlines through accurate BIM deliverables and coordination milestones.

Who You Are

Experience: 2–4 years in construction, architecture, or engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Proficient with Autodesk ACC Suite — including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.

Skilled in BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.

Experience with Recap (point cloud processing), Lumion, or HP SitePrint is a plus.

Familiar with prefabrication and its integration into the construction process.

Able to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with office and field teams.

Willing to travel occasionally (15%) for office collaboration, job site visits, or industry events.
