Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their specific wants and needs.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
Attend training offered by both manufacturer and the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
Complete all sales‑related paperwork professionally.
Follow the “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required.
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow‑through skills.
Valid driver’s license.
