Reporting line: Vice President-Global HVACR Segment Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (HVAC) is an experienced industry influencer who works to grow ABB's market share regionally by managing dedicated tier‑1 Channel Partners and Commercial OEM customers in support of ABB's HVAC Drives product portfolio and market separation strategy. This challenging and rewarding role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to demonstrate superior demand motivation and earned influence while working in a market leading team environment.

Remote work model.

This role contributes to the Motion Drive Products division.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate to customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.

Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.

Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities as needed.

Team dynamics: You will join a dynamic, talented, high‑performing team where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the Role

Engineering degree – bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, or a combination of education and experience.

At least 5 years (8+ preferred) of relevant experience within a complex business environment selling products or solutions.

Extensive sales and VFD / HVAC application background.

Account management history of OEM, end‑user and commercial channel partners in the HVAC industry.

Fluent English both spoken and written, good communication skills.

Familiar with CRM software tools like Salesforce and Power BI.

Candidate must already have work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
