Our founder’s high-profile radio and TV shows flood our advisors’ calendars with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospects who have already raised their hands for help. Your sole mission is to do what you do best: meet with pre-retirees and retirees, build trust, present world-class financial plans, and close new client relationships. We handle the marketing, scheduling, paperwork, and back-office support. You handle the client acquisition. What You Will Do Convert, Don’t Chase:
Conduct first and second appointments with firm-provided, pre-qualified prospects generated through our extensive radio, TV, and digital marketing campaigns. Diagnose & Design:
Perform comprehensive financial discovery to build and present compelling, holistic retirement plans that address client goals around income, risk, taxes, and legacy. Present & Close:
Recommend tailored solutions using fee-based managed portfolios (AUM) and fixed indexed annuities (FIAs) to confidently guide prospects through the decision-making process and onboard them as long-term clients. Lead the Relationship:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, building trust and ensuring a world-class experience that drives retention, all while our internal teams handle the administrative execution. Master Your Craft:
Stay at the forefront of retirement planning strategies, product knowledge, and market conditions with dedicated firm support for training and professional development. What You Bring Required:
Active Series 65 (or Series 66) and a South Carolina Life Insurance License. A clean compliance record is non-negotiable. Required:
2+ years of direct, client-facing experience in a financial advisory role with a verifiable track record of converting prospects into clients and gathering assets. Retirement Planning Fluency:
Deep expertise in the core challenges facing retirees, including Social Security optimization, tax-aware distribution strategies, RMDs, and income planning. Product Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of both fee-based investment advisory models and the strategic use of fixed indexed annuities for principal protection and guaranteed income. The Closer’s Mindset:
