We are seeking a dedicated Contract Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales/Business Development positions at Aston Carter.
This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales/BD positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Source and screen candidates effectively.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Oversee the offer and onboarding process for new hires.
Essential Skills
Experience in the business services industry.
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with various recruiting methods and strong knowledge of the job market.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
