Minimum 3–5 years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, or multi-location environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience managing leave of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation programs strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing and HRIS/payroll systems. Preferred Background & Skills
Demonstrates strong proficiency in organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried Team Members across 18 venues and the corporate office. Verify and reconcile timekeeping and tip data to ensure compliance with company policy. Administer group health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans. Coordinate open enrollment, new hire enrollments, and life event changes. Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA, personal, and other leaves. Serve as the main point of contact for workplace injury reporting and claims, including filing and managing workers’ compensation claims with insurance carriers.
