Working Arrangement:
remote, with occasional travel to one of the hubs.

Series B AI startup , is looking for an exceptional
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join their team on an interim basis - as they are experiencing rapid growth, this role could potentially convert.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the
end-to-end recruitment process , partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and secure top talent. You'll play a key role in driving the company's growth during an exciting phase of expansion, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions—from intake to offer.
Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on job scoping, market insights, and interview best practices.
Source and engage top talent through a wide range of inbound and outbound channels including LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach.
Conduct candidate screening and interviewing, ensuring alignment with both technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth, efficient process for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate offers and close top candidates effectively.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
Continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies to support rapid growth and scalability.
What We're Looking For
Experience gained working in a highly dynamic and agile tech startup environment.
4-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred).
Proven success recruiting for high-growth tech startups or fast-paced, innovative environments.
Strong business partnering skills - comfortable advising and influencing hiring leaders.
Hands‑on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
Tech‑savvy, agile, and able to adapt to evolving priorities and growth demands.
Passionate about building teams and scaling organizations with exceptional talent.
