What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct keyword research and map high-value opportunities across paid and organic search

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms

Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to improve visibility and rankings

Design and execute SEO/SEM tests to uncover incremental performance opportunities

Analyze search trends and share insights to inform broader marketing strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):

3-5 years in SEO/SEM roles, with experience in both paid and organic search

Proven ability to manage and optimize Google Ads accounts

Hands‑on experience with SEO keyword research, content briefs, and technical optimization

Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and search‑specific reporting tools

Ability to collaborate effectively across Paid Media, Brand, and Analytics teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with search and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ads

Demonstrated ability to think big picture and adopt a continuous improvement mindset

Natural curiosity and a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
