Requirements & Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
Bilingual
Hospitality degree required
ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly) Open availability—days, nights, weekends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate your team while maintaining a positive, accountable culture
Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standards
Build strong relationships with your team, guests, and vendors
Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in high-volume restaurant settings
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle pressure
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
