Job Description We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic

Style Advisors

to join the Equinox team. This role provides a total and unparalleled customer experience to visitors of Equinox and Shop locations. The Style Advisor takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with company policies. The Style Advisor also assists with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Sales & Service: Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal); ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox; maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.

Operational Excellence: Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies; ensure personal comprehension of all training materials and assist Shop MOD with timely/accurate completion of operational tasks.

Product & Presentation: Ensure The Shop reflects brand standards; assist with merchandising and marketing direction; uphold The Shop dress code; maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps, and in stockrooms.

Professional Dimension: Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients; stay informed about happenings in other departments to encourage team spirit; comply with company policies and initiatives; communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

Ability to take direction

Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail

Hardworking and diligent, with honesty and personal integrity

Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills

Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas

Be available to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our unique retail business

Pay Transparency - $16.75-$17.00 /hour; ability to earn additional incentives
