Executive Chef Requirements And Qualifications

5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including prior Executive Chef or senior BOH role

Skilled in food cost management, labor controls, and inventory systems

Proven success in staff leadership, training, and retention

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards

Executive Chef Preferred Background And Skills

Experience in high-volume, polished casual or scratch‑kitchen settings

Background in managing multiple service periods or large‑scale operations

Track record of improving efficiency and profitability

Ability to foster a positive, team‑driven kitchen culture

Location: Charlotte, NC | Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
