Job Description The Hotel Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the resort’s hotel housekeeping operations. The manager must ensure that daily hotel housekeeping operations are performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Must make sure that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to productivity. The hotel housekeeping manager will take a proactive approach when dealing with employee's concerns, as well as coach, counsel and discipline all hotel housekeeping personnel according to company standards.
Requirements
Previous management skills
Good computer skills
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Good verbal and written communication skills
Approved driving record
HS/GED Diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational skills
