We’re looking for an energetic, persuasive, and organized

Sales Representative

to join our team and drive top‑of‑funnel growth across all business units.

Position Overview The Sales Representative will focus on

cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation

for all Proper Group companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on initiating conversations, building relationships, and setting the stage for high‑value opportunities. You’ll work closely with the business development and marketing teams to identify qualified leads, manage follow‑up systems, and help build a repeatable outreach process.

Key Responsibilities

Cold call and prospect leads across multiple verticals (contractors, designers, homeowners, developers, etc.)

Qualify prospects and set appointments for the appropriate business unit

Manage outreach campaigns using CRM and automated systems

Follow up consistently with new, active, and dormant leads

Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting lists, messaging, and scripts

Track KPIs daily (calls, contacts, appointments, conversions) and report performance metrics

Maintain a clean, organized lead database

Gather market feedback to help improve outreach strategy and service offerings

Key Deliverables

Minimum daily outbound calls: 60–100

Minimum qualified leads per week: 10–15

Monthly target: 20+ booked appointments across all Proper Group companies

Maintain 90% CRM data accuracy

Contribute to monthly reports and lead generation campaigns

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Outbound call volume & connection rate

Qualified leads generated

Appointment‑to‑close ratio (tracked by downstream teams)

CRM accuracy and consistency

Revenue pipeline influenced

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Highly organized and self‑motivated

Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Resilient attitude — thrives on challenges and competition

Construction, home improvement, or B2B experience is a plus

Compensation

Base salary:

$40,000 – $60,000

(depending on experience)

Commission structure based on qualified appointments and closed deals across brands

Bonus opportunities for performance milestones
