Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor – CPA – Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer.
Work virtually as a customer-facing role using video communication software and document interactions accurately.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
English/Spanish bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills; confident interacting through video/audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across 3+ days.

Compensation Expected Base Pay Range: Bay Area California $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Southern California $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Colorado $27.50 – $34.80/hr; Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Illinois $27.50 – $34.80/hr; Maryland $27.50 – $34.80/hr; Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30/hr; New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50/hr; New York $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Ohio $24.80 – $30.30/hr; Vermont $27.50 – $34.80/hr; Washington $28.80 – $36.50/hr; Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50/hr.
