Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language. Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills. Passion for helping clients navigate complex taxation and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers. Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
