Job Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Operate the POS system accurately for check‑in/out, payment collection, client data entry, appointments, and memberships.
Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages.
Excellent client service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Positive, uplifting attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills verbally, over the phone, and via messaging.
Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
