We are Seeking an detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong
Excel and PowerPoint expertise , excellent
stakeholder management , and the ability to work effectively in
ambiguous and fast-paced environments . This role involves collaborating with finance, supply chain, and global tech teams to deliver timely, accurate financial insights and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Support
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
activities.
Assist with
monthly close processes ,
ad hoc analysis , and
reporting
to leadership.
Prepare
financial reports , presentations, and summaries to track progress against goals.
Maintain and update
system documentation
and
operating procedures
to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
finance, supply chain, and tech teams
to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Manage
stakeholder communication
and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure proper
system access controls , compliance with financial policies, and training for system users.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience
in
financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, or variance analysis .
Advanced
Excel
skills and proficiency in
PowerPoint
for reporting and presentations.
Strong
stakeholder management ,
communication , and
organizational
abilities.
Ability to
work independently
and perform under ambiguity and tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (CPA certification a plus, but not required).
Preferred Skills
Experience with
SAP ,
Cognos , or
Concur
systems.
Ability to build and present
financial decks
or executive-level reports.
Prior experience in
corporate finance or technology-driven environments .
Strong
analytical mindset
and attention to detail.
On-site role with flexibility for
WFH Fridays .
