Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer‑facing role, so you will interact with customers via video communication software and document each interaction to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax‑preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax‑preparation experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills. Customer‑service oriented, enthusiastic about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and delighting customers. Comfortable interacting via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with pay‑for‑performance rewards.
