Qualifications
Active real estate license with a history of production Passion for leadership, training, and personal development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to inspire and hold others accountableCoachable and eager to grow into higher leadership roles Organized and consistent in follow-up and business planning Excellent customer service and communication skills
