Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a

Senior Food & Beverage Manager

to join the Food & Beverage Team. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand. The property is a 23-story tower with 247 guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and two food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille and The Lounge with in-room dining. We are home to the city’s only hotel spa and are connected via skywalk to The Arts Garden and The Indiana Convention Center, giving teams and guests seamless access across downtown Indianapolis. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and directly oversee 25 Front of House Food & Beverage team members. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience, a background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments, and a strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge. Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments. This role will primarily oversee the lobby lounge. Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge. Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions. Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results. Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food & beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation. Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food & beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to Hilton policies and procedures. Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation. Qualifications
