Responsibilities This position assists the Guest Service Manager with overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the front desk, maximizing profitability, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction are achieved. The role may direct the work of others, delegate tasks, and provide training and support to front desk staff. Additionally, it works as part of a team to deliver attentive, friendly, efficient and hospitable service, including effective communication, reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of the guest experience such as check‑in, check‑out, and problem resolution. The Assistant Guest Service Manager acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.

Technical Skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, photocopier, fax, and phone technical problems.
Experience / Education
2 plus years’ of guest services experience required (preferably in a hotel environment); management or previous supervisory experience preferred.
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
