OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Production Coordinator to actively communicate with a variety of departments while juggling priorities associated with identifying and meeting customer needs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

JOB TYPE Full‑time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and follow up with requests from customer service regarding expedites, urgent orders, and WIP status.

Follow up with orders in process until completion.

Run Shortage reports for purchased items and communicate with Purchasing and Customer Service.

Provide estimated completion dates for orders in process.

When requesting a job from a specific work center, ensure all parts and BOM items are provided and work with Material Handlers.

Receive raw material into ERP System.

Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Manufacturing experience in metal stamping and injection molding a plus.

ERP and MRP experience required.

Basic math and problem‑solving skills.

Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office programs.

Attention to detail, quality work, self‑motivated, and teamwork to meet production goals.

EDUCATION

High school diploma.

Associate degree preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. Noise levels are usually moderate and occasionally loud.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

LOCATION Onsite.

SCHEDULE Monday‑Friday.
